Robotic Automation

 AMS utilizes SolidWorks 3-D modeling software for the mechanical design phase of the project. The customer receives a fully documented set of Assembly Drawings, BOM, Spare Parts List and Custom-Tailored Operator’s Manual. We also provide a safety risk assessment for our cell designs. 

 AMS provides a turn-key approach with the electrical design phase of the project utilizing AutoCad to generate the electrical schematics. Our electrical documentation includes control device cross reference with all wiring devices numbered and labelled. On the HMI and PLC side, our Controls Engineers utilize the latest in technology, drives and com ports for programming. Each project will include a fully documented PLC, HMI and Robot Program.
